Organizational Change
This service is designed for organizations that are seeking a shift. Many organizations and leaders are experiencing unprecedented staffing challenges related to employee retention, burnout, sick time, and staff satisfaction, all of which have a massive impact on both the business and the people.
When profits and outcomes aren’t meeting the standards your organization has set, and employee-related issues are contributing to that, it’s time for a change. The research shows that the number one driver of performance is employee engagement. People spend the bulk of their day at work, so they care about their relationships with their coworkers and management because it impacts their well-being.
Using motivational interviewing, emotional intelligence and communication skills, an MMIC professional will help you change the culture of your organization through connection and conversation to get the results you want.
