
A lot of us manage many thoughts on a day-to-day basis, which leads to feeling overwhelmed.
As a result, when someone is asked what they’d like help with or what support they’re looking for, they empty all of these thoughts from their brain in a rapid, disjointed fashion.
It can be difficult to track their needs and identify the next steps, which is why prioritizing is so valuable.
