
One of the most common responses to someone providing us with information is to assume we understand what they mean and/or why it’s important to them.
We tend to do this by generating potential options based on our own experiences and knowledge.
While it’s natural to catch yourself responding this way, it’s beneficial to take a curious approach to explore underlying information.
